At Lives for LUKE, our goal 🥅 is to equip every home 🏡 in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas with Narcan 🌈- an antidote to an opioid overdose 💀 . We help teens and parents of teens going through addiction by offering Narcan 🌈 , Rehab center information, emotional ❤️ and spiritual 🙏 support and HOPE ☀️ that recovery is possible! We host events and retreats for those grieving the loss of a child or friend. We raise awareness of the super drug Fentanyl 💊 that is killing our children, so that our community knows there is a serial killer in our midst and to stay alert and stay alive 🙏♾.
ABOUT
On February 2, 2020, our son Luke, died by taking 2 fake Percocet that were really Fentanyl in disguise. It was our 18th anniversary and Super Bowl Sunday. Luke was 16. A kid. A child. A minor. Luke made a mistake and it cost Luke his life, and it caused Luke’s family and friends the deepest heartache.
We decided we wanted to help others not to suffer the same fate. The day Luke died, Lives for LUKE was born!
